Legal Notice On Restrictive Covenant in Knob Hill

Hello Richmond Knob Hill Residents,

Thanks to those who contributed comments opposing the removal of the Restrictive Covenant at 2104 26 Ave SW. 

Please note that the court date to hear the Application has been adjourned until Monday, August 18, 2025 to allow the community time to respond. 

A Richmond Knob Hill resident has volunteered to coordinate legal action with neighbours to oppose this Application in Court.
