A Q & A Session is being planned for the neighbors of a proposed development at 2137 31 Ave SW. The application is for a semi-detached dwelling (4 units) with a secondary suite in the basement. In attendance will be the developer, a representative from the City of Calgary and a representative for Councillor Evan Woolley.
