Farmer's Market at the Richmond Knob Hill Community Hall

Visit our farm stand at Richmond Knob Hill Community Hall on Thursdays from 2 to 6 pm starting May 27th and ending in October 2021! Shirley's Greenhouse and Walkers Own Produce will be set-up outside the hall to bring us the most delicious, locally grown produce. Everyone is welcome!


Our first farm stand will be set up May 27th and run every Thursday from 2-6pm, until the week before Thanksgiving (October 7th) or the snow flies. Whichever comes first.

All summer we will get AB Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and greens will be available right away, along with BC juice, dried fruit, and preserves.


June will start to see strawberries, rhubarb, spinach, kale, radishes, spinach, carrots, new potatoes, field lettuce, peas and eventually beets, cherries, apricots, and raspberries

July begins cherry season in full force, blueberries, clingstone (fresh eating) peaches, plums, blackberries, frsh onions start, string beans, broccoli, some cauliflower, and zucchini. Plus of course all of the nightshade (tomatoes, cucumber, peppers!)


New in August: freestone peaches, corn, a few apple varieties not sold in grocery stores, Bartlett pears, grapes, nectarines are way more plentiful, pickling cucumbers, field tomatoes, melons, garlic, and most of the above


New in September: squash, more apples, more pears, more grapes, prune and Italian plums, pumpkins start, parsnips, turnips, and leek


New in October: mega pumpkins and Pink Lady apples plus much of September offerings.
