17th Ave Main Street Construction Update

This just in from the City of Calgary:

"On 17 Avenue crews are continuing work on the north between 37 and 35 Street S.W. The multiuse pathway and sidewalk between 35 and 37 Street S.W. should be open by mid-September. Crews will continue work on the north side of 17 Avenue between 35 and 33 Street S.W. until the end of the construction season. ENMAX work continues at 17 Avenue and 37 Street, and 17 Avenue and 29 Avenue and should be wrapped up by October. The City will be installing an overhead pedestrian light at 17 Avenue and 35 Street S.W., and this work should also be complete by October."
