Service Description

- Hourly rate $30/hr, minimum 4 hours - 15% Covid-19 cleaning charge applies - Richmond/Knob Hill Community Association members get a 20% discount ($24/hr) - Wifi and sound system access can be provided upon request - For reoccuring, weekly bookings, the minimum hourly charge is waived and free advertising is provided by the community association

Cancelation Policy

The hall rental includes free use of the kitchen, tables, and chairs. The renter is responsible for bringing all kitchen equipment, as none is available at the hall. $100 Booking fee required to hold a booking reservation 14 days in advance of the event. Cancellations permitted with no penalty up to 30 days prior to the event. The booking fee will be forfeited if cancellation received less than 30 days prior to the event and a new renter cannot be found. Proof of insurance & liquor permit required if alcohol served at the event. Liquor permit & insurance the responsibility of the renter. The renter will clean the hall during rental time. Additional cleaning charge of $25/hr will be incurred if the hall is not returned to the same condition as it was before the event. If there is damage to the facility, the damage deposit will not be returned until the cost of repair or clean up has been determined. $30/hr + materials or commercial cost of repair to damaged facility or appliances. A $100 fee will be charged if the hall is left unsecured after the rental or if keys are lost, broken or returned late.
