Richmond/Knob Hill Utility Upgrades

From the City of Calgary: "Replacements and upgrades of pipes are done as needed to ensure that appropriate service levels are maintained for existing residences as infrastructure ages and redevelopment continues to occur. The community of Richmond Knob Hill is receiving similar utility work to other communities of the same age and will benefit with newer infrastructure as redevelopment triggers required upgrades."
