Family $20.00

A Family (Household) membership may be awarded to all adults and children under the age of 18, who reside at the same address. Upon payment of the designated annual membership fee, those qualified members of the Family (Household) membership shall be entitled to the full privileges of the Association, provided however, that the right to vote shall be limited to two adult members of the household.

Single $10.00

A Single membership may be awarded to any adult who has attained 18 years of age or older and who does not retain privileges under a Family (household) membership. Upon payment of the designated annual Single membership fee, a Single member is entitled to the full privileges of the Association, provided however, that the right to vote is limited to a single vote.

Senior $5.00

A Senior membership may be awarded to any adult who has attained 65 years of age or older and who does not retain privileges under a Family (Household) membership. While he may pay a reduced annual fee, a Senior member is entitled to the full privileges of the Association, provided however, that the right to vote is limited to a single vote.

Associate $10.00

For individuals and families (households) who do not reside within the boundaries of the Community Association. Associate Members do not have the right to vote. The Board of Directors, upon written application by an Associate Member who has maintained a minimum of 3 consecutive year’s membership, in good standing, may by Resolution confer full member status upon such applicant. For individuals and households who do not reside within the boundaries of the Association but participate in one or more of the Association programs, must purchase a membership as determined by the Board of Directors.
